Seems you are forgetting that the U.S. was the chief architect of the ICTY court. People like Madeleine Albright created it. It is a political weapon of the U.S. against the Serbs. It continues to be funded heavily by the U.S. as well.

That is also the main reason why they themselves ignore it and do not sent their own war criminals to it. They are not so righteous as they think they are (even their stooges know it, but apparently it is worth to ignore the moral truth), but times will change.

Honestly, it doesnt matter what Russia or US say.

And the reason i say this is that the 4 parties involved with all of this, none of which have anything to do with this whole thing.

This was not a Yugoslavia Civil War between Serbs, Croats and Albanians but a misguided war by the "Masters of War" the Milosevic Family. It was the Misuse and Abuse of the Serbian Military by the Milosevic Regime including The Red Witch of Belgrade "Mrs. Milosevic" Serb Politicians "disappeared" under the Milosevic Regime,Serb Radio and TV freedoms under the Serbian Constituion Violated. Hitler, Mousolini and Stalin and Milosevic should be remembered for their mass murder not historical legends wrapped-up in Nationlism. Ron Haviv's Photo Journal Titled "Blood and Honey" speaks not of Balkan Yugoslavia Nationlism but of what went wrong after Tito's Ethnic Diplomacy and Milosevic's Nationlism for Sole Political Power.Milosevic was never about the Serb Citizens, He was about his Family's Wealth and Political Power Only. Nobody never said there was not Albania and Croat Cuthroats the same as Serb War Criminals because it was extreme hellish hate of Nationlism and it really has no logic and common sense in hindsight because it was not about money or even land, just hellish nightmarish cold blooded murder that has almost concluded in an International Court of Serbs, Croats and Albanian War Criminals. The Only Logic was that Nationalism kept Slobo in Power until someone seen the trees through the forest and said enough is enough. I blame the European Union, United Nations and NATO more than I blame any Serb Military Soldier following orders. Milosevic was Hitler without an agenda and the U.N. & E.U. and NATO was blind, deaf and mute in 1990.
