Greece exercised a legal right as a sovereign nation that is to deny entry to some foreigners.We as Greeks will not apologise for that to none.This is our country and WE will decide who will come and who not.Besides this happens everywhere in the world.

I dont blame Greece for denying access to thei media people .They have slandered and provoked Hellas for no reason and posted vicious lies and deceipt to the general public on the web thru their racist one sided pro FYROM journalists (or whatever you want to call them). UNFAIR!

The crowd was about 30 people and the majority at the festival were Greek.
Dances were Greek in origin etc etc

P.s To everyone out there reading stuff on the net from FYROMians please dont bekieve the propaganda and untruths .Dont believe everything you read on the net!!

SEEMO is pretty seemy. FYROM also prevented Greek media from getting into the country. Not to mention preventing Greek UN troops from heading to Northern Kosovo. This is all pretty much tit for tat. No reason for you nationalists in SEEMO to get your panties in a wad, though I know that never stopped you before.

@B92
There are times that journalists from whatever means, have to report news as they happen, or published and at least not hide them and be utterly selective.
What I am reffering to is these 2 issues:
1. The SEEMO announcement is very clear and exactly says:
"...According to information before SEEMO, on 19 July, journalists from TV A1, TV A2..."
This phrase means that SEEMO doesnt actually KNOWS, but ASSUMES the Fyromian people tell the truth on what happened. So dear B92, you can understand how big of a difference makes to put as a title of your article "Greece denies entry to Macedonian journalists" than "Macedonian journalists claim that Greece denied them entry", and dear B92 again, you can clearly understand how different it is to post "On 19 July, journalists from TV A1, TV A2..." than "According to information before SEEMO, on 19 July, journalists from TV A1, TV A2...". The first one looks like SEEMO actually believes them, when the second one shows that SEEMO clearly doesnt take any kind of position, it only says "they said" in a way.

2. I am really curious, why this was posted today about Greece supposed denial of entry of fyromian journalists, and the other one, you know B92, the other one.... the one about Gruefski, the press release of SEEMO about how the Fyromian authorities put pressure on the media.... yes B92, that one of the 10th of July, you didnt even mentioned it. But its ok, Here it is:

"Political pressure was exerted on journalists in late June in Macedonia (Republic of Macedonia - Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia), when Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski accused several correspondents from Brussels of "speculating to the expense of their own country" following his official visit to the country. Gruevski also suggested that the media should work in the country's interests. SEEMO condemns such statements as an unacceptable attempt to impinge on journalistic independence, and emphasizes that journalists have a right to report what they see, including by articulating critical opinions and encouraging dynamic debate, which are vital in democratic societies."

Enjoy :)
