Jeremić invites Zannier to talks

Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić on Monday sent an official invitation to UNMIK Chief Lamberto Zannier to visit Belgrade.

@PRN: Zannier comes from a country where a common saying is "nothing is less lasting than the provisional things" (with regard to this, in Italy they use the term "material constitution"). So I doubt that he will make clear what you think he will.

Mr Zannier will inform that reconfiguration has already started ('if' they didnt know yet)and is DONE deal.

Second he has to make it extremely clear to BG authorities that he is the last UNMIK head, and that Serbia need to convince the few unconvinced that Kosovo recognition is imminent OR perhaps announce to its citizens that the other choice is 'pragmatic' isolation.
