Mr Ambassador, your comments have the stench of hypocracy smeared all over them.
I trust you will use the same criterior in your condemnation of inaction on this issue. Previously you, and others in the international fold, held the Kostunica and his coterie personally responsible for lack of cooperation. I trust you apply the same logic now rather than justify DS-ZeS inaction by blaming some unnamed shadowy figures.
Surely, the DS leadership knows where to find and then to apprehend Mladic et al. They have promised FULL-Cooperation with ICTY, not so? If they don't, then "it is clear" they have deliberately lied to the international community about their intent and ability to fulfill their international committments.

The fact that there is no contact with 20 out of 27 members is not Serbia's fault. These governments have a lot to do with that.
On the other matter about the fugatives there is only one thing to say.

Thank you for your input, Captain Obvious!
