Luigi who told you that Russia minds it ? Russia would certainly prefer to add voices in our favor within EU and besides there's no contradiction if Serbia has strategic partnership with both sides. It will give them a lot of privileges and merits.

As for Russia we feel strong enough not to worry about EU even if both Africa and Latin America join you. Wether they want to or not Europeans have no other way but to cooperate with us. So the sooner they stop their aggressive rhithorics the better. And Serbia has got advantages for such a cooperation regardless if they are EU members or not. The only problem is that they have no chances for EU integration cause the draft is over.

So for this expert Russia wants a speedy recognition of Kosovo by Serbia..i think that all this article is rubbish !!!!
