By the way, why lecture us about justice when you (USA) stole and broke every peace treaty with the natives of what is today "America," and drove them into the pacific, ethnically cleansing them from east to west in a methodical and cruel manner, and leaving them disposed, marginalized, and uncompensated to this day?

Why lecture us about justice when you forced black people to live in slavery with no rights until the 1960's? THE 1960's !!! Not long ago!

Why lecture us when you performed smallpox medical experiments on those same poor and unsuspecting people, who were no demographic or cultural threat to you?

In jugoslavija, all of the constituent ethnic groups lived in brotherhood and unity, none suffered persecution or inequality. In wartime, the Serbs may have made mistakes, but we did not persecute poor people in the PEACETIME like you, our american imperialist, and racist friends!

Why should any country subject itself to a court whose founders exempt themeselves from international law? It is ironic that the US of A has proclaimed that its military immune to prosecution for war crimes--a country which uses depleted uranium on civilian targets, cluster bombs, nuclear weapons on civilians (hiroshima and nagasaki), invades countries under false pretences for oil and causes the deaths of 500,000 children should itself be prosecuted.

The difference between Karadzic and Mladic (their excesses nothwithstanding) and those imperialists such as the USA, is the the former faught to defend their immediate towns where they live, whereas the latter wages war a half a world away in the name of greed and capitalism.

You tell me who is the war criminal? Someone who fights for his country, on his own land or those who destabilize countries around the world for greed under the guise of "freedom and democracy."

No thanks, I do not want anything to do with that kind of "freedom or democracy."

The fact is that the Serbian people know more about freedom than those who lecture them about it continually. Shame on them!

Duh! What do you expect a red carpet as everyone else waits in line and does what they're suppose to? Rules are rules! Start with Mladic first, Karadzic second...

Cosco,

The Bosnian Serbs can not give up Karadzic and Mladic because now they are both in Serbia. According to the latest news even Karadzic move to the safety of Serbia.
I agree with you, Serbia will never sent them to the Hague. And guess what? You will not become an EU member. Anyway it is OK with me since I am not a Serbian citizen. I will not suffer because of that.

“And let's see if the Bosnian Serbs will give them up for Europe's rotten carrots.”

Repubilka Srpska is not a country. It’s just a part of a country called Bosnia… and I am deeply convinced that the absolute majority of the population of Bosnia would exchange Mladic and Karadzic for the European Union.

Dear Mr. Tadic,

You are the president. Your man is now the prime minister. Your man is head of VS and your man is now deputy head of MUP. Soon your man will be running the BIA too.

You have promised the citizens of Serbia that you can fulfill their European destiny. You have promised the EU that you will fulfill the responsibility to ICTY.

Why haven't you arrested General Mladic? You know you have to do it. So what's the delay?

Oh those Russians !

He said that "the road to Europe is open to Serbia", and that the EU "has always seen Serbia’s European integrations and the status of Kosovo as two separate and parallel processes". In other words, the EU can disregrad international laws when it comes to recognizing K_Albanian's IUDI, but Serbia must abide by international laws if it wants to play ball with the EU. Why does something smell rotten in Denmark here? As far as Mladic and Karadic are concerned, the Hague will never see them, never. The West should be talking to Republika Srpska representatives about these two "most wanted". The alleged crimes were done in Bosnia, not Serbia. And let's see if the Bosnian Serbs will give them up for Europe's rotten carrots.
