Albania and Abanians in Kosovo, should be brought to trial for these horrendous acts of barbarity. If they are innocent, there should be no problem with them agreeing to clear themselves. If they are guilty, what a disgusting black cloud this puts on the Albanians and all the nations that had anything to do with their backing. The good ol' USA should have the biggest black eye. Let's see how the political broom starts sweeping this under the political rug. I pray for the victims, of any ethnicity, that justice and closure will free their souls. As for Jose Pablo Baraybar, let's hope the local Serb community in Argentina can locate this beast, and ask him a few questions, in private.

1. Jose only came to kosovo in 2004/5 to be the chief of OMPF;

He left in 2006 on permanent sick leave to his native Peru, after being intimdated and targetted by the US State Department, and by Soren Jesen Peterson (former SRSG); The US even managed to fabricate an article about Jose stealing bones for experiments, which was printed in the Forensics Journal
3 Jose was targetted because he started to uncover the grave sites at Klecka mines, Malisevo village and was about turn up the heat by uncovering the grave site in Kamenica, which allegedly has over 160 serb and roma buried;
4. Jose was prevented by Peterson and US Office Pristina to start work on this site because apparently it would upset the political advantage of the western policy makers;
5. Still upto thirty sites in kosovo lingering with the dead;
6. You serbs voted Tadic and thus you will never find out the truth, because tadic does not want to upset his paymaster generals;
7. Goran Bogdanovic, former employee to mayor Redzhepi in Mitrovica will surely not want to upset the his former employee;

So people, please get your facts correct before pointing fingers, he was doing more for Serb families than serbs themselves. You bunch of disunited, self preserving lost souls, carry on stealing from yourselves and crying. Get a grip of yourselves!

frank, i dont know anything about 'jose' at all. but most of our media is utter, utter garbage, that's true. i mean incredible unprofessional garbage, bought and sold, used and abused, corrupt like hell. sometimes they're just lazy and ignorant. there's no proper professional training. so you may easily be right on that one, who knows.
but every word you say about us serbs is pure golden truth. thank you, it needs to be said. i'm a serb patriot and i thank you. just today for instance there was news that names of kidnapped kosovo serbs were read in prague. they were NEVER read in belgrade. sapienti, as they say, satis.

It seams that this man is wanted by many for the work he did in Bosnia and now albania.But nothing good ever came from UMNIK and their possie`s,and this is just the tip of ice berg.

I fully agree with what Frank wrote. Adding that Jose Pablo Baraybar suffered the same campaing against him in Kosovo, where the media gave him the title of «Bones Collector». The case has been investigated and some Kosovo Albanians were dismissed of their public functions. More over, if there is someone who does not want this to be investigated its USA. We should not forget who was support the UCK during Kosovo´s conflict. Who was behind the Defence Team of Ramush Haradinaj? How he got the money to defend in Hague. 9 Milion Euros for a person who born in a poor place??? Make us thinking?
