Goodbye Herr Rueker. Your anti-Serb stance is over. It is obvious that Serbs must govern themselves, and parallel institutions must exist. Just like the Albanians do not want to be ruled by Serbs, Serbs want nothing to do with Albanians, besides tolerate them.

The experiments in Kosova will not work for very long. The new UN chief might find in the near future talking to himself. I just wanted to mention again as for some reason B92 has censored in the past my comment "that there are three Mitrovicas in Serbia waiting for a similar solution." These are Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja. I hope that B92 kindly enough will let my comment published in full this time. Any solution to Northern Mitrovica should be matched with Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja.

No argument here as long as ALL citizens of Kosova obey its laws. Those that attempt to destabilize the situation or violate Kosova's laws will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law!

It is funny how you change the name to something and it becomes acceptable. Things are going like Ahtisaari's proposal was suggesting they should go:
Local self-government for the Serbs (check).
Strong ties to Serbia if they want(check).
Full executive powers at municipal level (this for all municipalities actually) (check).
Possibility of financing from the Republic of Serbia(check).
Freedom of language in education, culture etc (check).
Freedom of using national symbols (check).
Cooperation with the Albanian side(waiting, but it will eventually start, if it hasn't already started).
Recognition(the formal one won't happen soon).

I'm satisfied too Mike, Everybody is satisfied :).

UN, soon they will not have mandate. They will go. They don’t have power any more. Serbs, of course they can have municipalities we agreed with this long time ago. Where ever they have majority they will govern. Kosova in future will have more municipalities lets say 100 municipalities some of them will have majority Serbian people. Serbs they can govern their municipalities which we crated just to satisfy them because these municipalities in fact they are villages. But ok because we Albanians are very tolerant we accepted this because we don’t want to see Serbs unsatisfied. We will in future give those more just to make them happy. But we have filings that they don’t want all this. What they want is to provoke conflict. It is some politicians from Belgrade or to be more precise some terrorist who are very scared for their future. They know that one day they will be judged for what they did to Balkan peoples. This is the reason why they want to provoke conflict. They can survive just if there will be conflict. In war they look like heroes. Serbian nation because they are not informed they sing song to these “heroes” thinking that they protecting Serbia from the west and from Balkan peoples. Ex Yugoslavian states even they were before the others they could not join EU just because of these self proclaimed Serbian heroes. They destroyed everything economy, people, moral, dignity, tolerance, culture etc. I don’t understand how Serbs they don’t realize that it is their politicians who destroyed them and their neighbors. They destroyed you but much more your neighbors. Can you please with called had count victims made by your politicians in your side and in your neighbors side. If you can’t see this or if you don’t want to hear about this, than you are in big trouble.

The question here is: who in the world is going to do th matching of Presevo and Bujanovac for you?

In which case I find myselfin agreement with shqarthi and mike, and with their reasoning, even if coming from different angles.

Yet the unfortunate thing is that such overall satisfaction needs to be achieved with layers and layers of international bureaucracy over the top of both, with Serbs and Albanians each choosing their preferred group. Serbs and Albanians haven't been able to officialy agree on the reality of soft partition in teir own name, but instead under the name and the control of soft partiton between UNMIK and EULEX, overlayered again by KFOR. I'm not saying they dont play some necessary role in the interum perhaps. But the sooner this bsic double recogniton occurs, the sooner al these layers of extrenely well-paid, tip-heavy international breaucracy can exit.

For all of you that dont konw it's KOSOVO not Kosova. Kosova doesnt have a meaning KOSOVO does. I dont have time to explain it to you now but you are more then welcome to look it up yourself. To all the Albanians in here. Kosovo is Serbia and it will always be Serbian. The Serbs that participated in the elections in May will be recognized. Just like the FAKE Republic of KosovO was recogniced. As far as the Albanians being tolerant and kind LOL we all saw them in action in 04 during the riots. God bless. CCCC

Get on with it, K Serbs and Albanians, all elected reps on both sides are those with the popular legitimacy, and nothing can be achieved without recognising that.
