"trying to steal KiM with force."

Ratko, first Noric at least went there, Mladic has not. Second, Kosova is 95% Albanian and has been 90% for decades. Who's stealing anything. Read about the 4th of July in USA

> at least he went to face justice unlike some that I shall not mention

No, he didn't. He went to the ICTY with the expectation that he would escape his crimes through the intervention of vested interests - just as Haradinaj did.

If he had gone 'to face justice', they would have thrown away the key.

Depends on what you are looking for.

Heresay is not evidence in a court of law. Does not mean it is not true.

The following are links to stories filed by reporters from well-known american papers who interviewed Oric.

Not admissable in a court of law.

Damning nevertheless.

Of course Oric knew about the crimes, but the Serbs cannot prove their case. They cannot prove that Oric had control over forces responsible for the crimes.

This is the problem. In all courts in the world, you have to prove without the shadow of a doubt that a person is guilty of the charges against him. In Oric's case, according to what I have read, there are no facts to incriminate Oric

"This guy is a disgrace to all Serbs."

Yet Serbs aren't doing anything about it. There's no large sustained protests for example.

In Croatia the people support and have fund raisers for Gotovina and his defense team.

It was obvious it was going to be a kangaroo court and a political weapon against Serbs. It was founded and established by severe Serb haters such as Madeleine Albright.

The U.S. killed millions in Vietnam and over 600,000 Iraqi civilians were said to have been killed by late 2006 since the U.S. invasion there.

So trying all the Balkans peoples for much smaller wars than the U.S. has been involved in with no soldiers serving any jail time for their killing sprees in Vietnam, for example, shows it is really about destroying Serbs in a sadistic fashion. A tiny few Croats and Muslims are thrown in to give a sloppy veneer of "fairness" but it's a joke.

There were a few leaked reports by western journalists of Naser Oric and his soldiers decapitating Serbian men and carrying out a scorched earth policy on dozens of villages in the area, so that's why they went through his farcial trial. As well there are bitter feelings between the Croats and Muslims for their war against each other, so a bit is done there, but basically it's a political weapon against Serbs and still running 15 years after its been set up.

Justice NOT served, Is this another ploy by our western leaders not to offend Muslims. We keep hearing that the Balkans should not become a frozen conflict, but thats what it will become. ALL war criminals should be arrested and i mean all, from all sides.

This "boza" makes me sick. Go ahead bozo keep your committment, keep sending Serbs to the hague, keep taking orders from the occupying forces which are trying to steal KiM with force. This guy is a disgrace to all Serbs.

First it was the Albanian ( I forgt his name) that was aquitted now Oric. Thaci and Ceku roam freely. That Micky Mouse court should drop the charges aginst Karazic, Mladic and the rest of the Serbs there. Clear Arkans name and just shut it's doors. This is an outrage and a slap in the face to all Serbs in the world. Serbia should never hand over Karazic or Mladic. And stop sending Serbs to the Hauge. Tzar Lazar would role over in his grave if he Knew what Tadic and co. were doing.
