I suggest you check some basic details before posting such nonsense.
First, there are NO brigadiers in the US Navy. Brigadier David Berger is a US Marine Corps Officer. The US Marine Corps is a completely seperate arm of the US military to the US Navy.
Second, he has NOT been appointed to the position of "KFOR Commander". The KFOR Commander remains the French Lieutenant General Xavier de Marnhac. Brigadier David Berger has been appointed to the position of Chief of Staff of KFOR HQ in Pristina. In Serbian military speak, this is nacelnik staba not komandant! The Chief of Staff is not even the Deputy Commander (zamenik komandant): that's the German Major General Gerhard Stelz.
