Com on Jeremic!!!

Macedonia opportunistically tried to signed agreement with Serbia= Kostunica at that time- but it's worth NOTHING.

They have to sign with teh LEGITIMATE owners of the land if they want LONG TERM solution.

It's about beaing honest and not OPPRTUNISTS- as thery tried with Kostunica.

Kosovars were saying at that time don't sign nothing with Serbia the deal is not worth the paper on which you will sign- they continued, now as "good" boys they knocked on teh door of the legitimate owners.

> ... now it is the time to cooperate with Kosova if they want to be a stbalizied country.
Is this how some albanians view the concept of 'international relations'?

What a bird-brained idea.

> we know you have a large Albanian population but as we advised you than follow our instruction and make them look like terrorist to the world and then kill them- problem solved

Substituting 'serb' for 'Albanian' in your quote:
"we know you have a large serb population but as we advised you than follow our instruction and make them look like terrorist to the world and then kill them- problem solved".

Looking at the current & past demographics of Kosovo, which is more believable?

From my viewpoint, there is nothing controversial in the statement in the article above. As Serbia has not accepted the K-albanian UDI, it has every right to lodge a protest with Macedonia regarding the holding of these talks.

What I do find interesting however, are the numerous & vehement comments from the opposite camp.

Speaks to a certain basic insecurity they all have...

"There are Albanians living in Macedonia and if they want stability in their country they have to cooperate with Kosova".
That's all you know. Making threats is your specialty it seems.
There are Serbs living in Macedonia as well but you don't see Serbs making the same threats here.

It's time to look past Belgrade (and youtube) for the truth on the history of Kosova. Read some scholarly works from educated Western historians, like Noel Malcolm.

And Serbia, this should be a big wake up call for you that you no longer have any jurisdiction over Kosova. It is a new country, and your agreement to give part of that land to Macedonia was illegal and out of bounds.

The Serbian "protest" is a PURE joke)

And I tell you why. Why is no Serbian army or police in the border between Kosova and Macedonia? Is the Serbian government expecting the Macedonian government to invite the Serbian army/police in the Kosova Macedonian side to mark the border and that would be because Serbia can't exercise its authority in Kosova?

It's a bit too late for the serbs to change the dynamics of the events that are taking place.Demarcation will be completed and sealed with macedonia's recognition of kosova. This is what our friends in US and EU are demanding and this is what the macedonian goverment will do.

The ministry says that by starting demarcation of borders with Serbia adjacent to Kosovo, through cooperation with illegal Priština institutions, the Macedonian side has shown that “it does not respect the Republic of Serbia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and does not respect the Republic of Serbia as a party to the agreement.“

“…illegal Priština institutions…”
Even Russia recognizes the Kosovo’s parliament and government as legal institution from free election organized by UNMIK based on resolution 1244. How those institution suddenly became illegal!!!???

“…the Macedonian side has shown that “it does not respect the Republic of Serbia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity…”
Not yet but since you said that, it will become true very soon.

“…and does not respect the Republic of Serbia as a party to the agreement.”
They judged that it is not Republic of Serbia’s business to interfere in their own business.

And the note goes something like this:
“damn you Macedonians, we though we give you something that doesn’t belong to us just so you can support our cause”
“we know you have a large Albanian population but as we advised you than follow our instruction and make them look like terrorist to the world and then kill them- problem solved”

Well, Macedonian authorities shall understand that Kosova is indepedent state and there is no need for Serbia's approval for demarcating the border. Thay also shall keep in mind that there are albanians that live in Macedonia as well, now it is the time to cooperate with Kosova if they want to be a stbalizied country.
