OSCE in damning indictment of Kosovo judiciary

What a load of nothing-
if they really wan`t to catch albanian terrorist, all they have to do is go to YOU TUBE and they`ll have all of them in jail in one day.
But they won`t-killing and burning and getting rid of everything Serbian is still a mission in progress for talbanians.

How are the Kosovo Albanians prepared to run an independent country if the court system can't even function properly? How can anyone, especially the president of Kosovo Abanians, criticize international legal establishments for being illegitimate if they can't even control rampant crime and prosecute those who deserve it in their own territory? I think that this is one more eye opener and teaches more lessons to those who supported independence and provides more evidence for those countries that have not and will not support illegal succession.

Former ombudsman Marek Anton Nowicki was 'let go' because he wouldn't keep his mouth shut about the total lack of cooperation he got from UNMIK and the KPS.

I'm sure the recently announced $400 million from the US will fix all this though...

There is no propaganda with regards to this topic. We all know the truths about the 2004 crimes to Serbian churches and monasteries, so we should stop pretending like it didn't occur. I won't embarrass anyone on here by including dozens of Serbian and non-Serbian links with much more information. The internet is full of pictures and info on this subject for those who are interested. I'm just happy to see that there are international bodies that are further pursuing those responsible. I'm also glad to see that the Serbian government is doing what they should have done 10 years ago. Serbia is now better prepared to disseminate information to the outside world to ensure that the perpitrators are brought to justice.

Don't make excuses for the craziness of 2004 KV, if you are wrong then you wrong. Buring churches and homes just because you are mad about a story which was blown out of proporation basically a lie. Everyone jumped the band wagon i remember that day clearly everyone was inflammed. Once everyone figured out that KFOR dropped the hammer on everyone tossed people in jail and the interanational community watched some dummmy on top of a burning churh ripping off a cross well that is the nature of the Kosovo albanian people. Once the people realized the bad PR everyone checked up and went back to business as usual and all of the perpertrators of this madness were never brought to justice and never will be. People will not turn on there on people then you will be branded as a traitor. Sad but true. Thank you B92 for providing a place to express ourseleves.

You serbs are comparing Kosova with countries which have existed at least 100 years when Kosovo has been alive for 138 days. As the saying goes, "rome wasn't built in one day", neither will Kosovo.

many perpetrators are roaming free and rejoicing for their illegal independence. around 900 houses and churches burned in 2 days costing millions of euros. very very few serbians returned to their rebuilt houses for security reasons and poor construction by albanian contractors. not a single serbian contractor was awarded a contract. what an irony was this.
