NBS: Price stability before higher wages

So how come inflation will be at least 12% for this year despite everything being done as per instrutions from G17+ and their "advisors" whose interest is appently to help Serbia??? None of these so called experts can explain why the ordinary masses in society are being trashed left, rigt and center by raising inflation that is not their cause but who are hit the hardest since their income no longer pays for the most basic essentials of food and heating! Of course the elites whose portion of income spent eseentials is proprotionally meagre in comparison can tighten the pocket money and tell everyone else that they cant get an increase in income or they will see it eroded by inflationary pressures that already exist and are external to the Serbian economy!

In the meantime the rich elite get much much richer especially the likes of homewoners in Dedinje (who have no home loans because they purchased at favourable times) but what of the ordinary folk who never have a para spare once the bills are paid - they can wait "till inflation is reduced" as per the mantra of all "chicago" school economists who live in denial that monetarism is failing since the "market" has been highly manipulated for years!!

How very socially inclusive - the pensioners, doctors, nurses, police and everyone else on meagre incomes can wait while those elite at the top patronise they never had it so good!!!!

People in Serbia are spending too much instead of saving, if they keep it up they could follow the US right into a recession. Better smarten up and start saving like Canadians do.

Well, there is an explanation for this: Investors and banks feared that SRS-DSS could come into power.
