"“We have absolute confidence in [Milislav] Petronijević and [Aleksandar] Antić. [Socialist Party of Serbia leader] Ivica Dačić gave me his word, and we have a signed agreement,” Vučić told a press conference earlier today. "

- Hasn't Markovic of Jagodina sorted this out with his "advisor" UK Ambassador Wordsworth and told D yeS that they cant rock the boat and must accept an SRS-DSS-NS-SPS Belgrade government !

I am sure D yeS will accept this U-turn given the order coming down to them especially if this was to mean new elections otherwise. Especially given PUPS have accepted a 2% reduction in real terms (up only 10% but inflation is at 12% so a 2% reduction in real terms and even worse off since food and heating are up above 12%!! http://www.b92.net/eng/news/business-article.php?yyyy=2008&mm=06&dd=24&nav_id=51366 ) for pensioners this year. Moreover there are no assurances of pensions being increased in the future like they promised theit voters. I think it was one of the 2 reasons stated for breaking off talks with SRS and DSS-NS and one they clearly promised to their pensioner voters ( http://www.b92.net/eng/news/in_focus.php?id=268&start=15&nav_id=51285 ). So it would now be the least Markovic could do to get D yeS to back off on Belgrade as they will when the order comes from D yeS bosess in the EU given the PUPS have had to accept this humilation of a reduction in pensions!!!
