Well, Zannier has received the green light from Ban ki-moon, without the approval of a new UNSC resolution. This is a very important step towards a new world order, this of the Ban ki-moon's UN, backed by US and EU. There is no more need of Serbia's approval and UNSC resolutions. That's a very meaningful EU visiting card at the eve of EU-Russia summit. The current challenge to Russia is to recognize this new world order or to oppose to it.

Dugi,

Actaully - that's great question - nobody knows now and for very long time - NOBODY will ever know who will be in charge - they will all play, manipulate you, govern you and they will be changing.

Only one is sure - Albanians won't be in charge ever.

That's what I can't understand - can't you guys see the obvious thing(s).

I wish the K-Albanians luck in their new EU administered sectors. Let's hope development and the creation of a true democratic civil society starts to take shape. I also wish the Serb sectors luck too. After June 28, they will finally have a local government of their own that will, hopefully, be separate from both Pristina as well as Belgrade. The K-Serbs deserve nothing less. Let's also hope that authorities in Pristina finally recognize the limits to their authority and focus on developing their own areas, rather than worrying about the Serb municipalities (I'm thinking in particular of Sejdiu and Feith). If all goes well, Mitrovica will want to jump on board, so it's a win-win for everyone, provided everyone knows their place and respects the place of others.
