As it takes over the EU presidency, France will work to back Serbia's pro-EU forces, and deploy EULEX in Kosovo, this country's officials say.

I am sick of this "western Balkans"...I believe Serbia, Kosova, Albania, Macedonia and others are in the BALKANS not Western balkans. It's sick to read about news agencies referring to this area as "eastern Europe" now "western Balkans"..come on get it right, it's the BALKANS period.
As far as the article..I hope the french are better at managing EU than playing football.

please for your "European dreams" take a loook at the last Eurobarometer poll it speaks clear and loudly..
This part must be carefully watched also by the Albanians because also their dreams are baseless...

In other words:
1) EULEX will be deployed in any case
2) the new Serbia of the SAA must recognize Kosovo's independence
3) for Serbia too it's impossible the EU membership without a new EU reform treaty.
A good program from the start...

So there you have it. The beans are spilled once again and the strings attached to the pro-EU parties include the recognition of Kosovo.
Now, are the people of Serbia going to get upset and rise if that ever happens! How long will the Pro-EU forces last?
It is a good thing that all of the sell-outs have revealed themselves and have all boarded the same sinking ship.
It is just a matter of time before Serbia gets off her knees. Patience first.
