I would like to agree with some of the previous writer. This website should be ore open and less biased in its presentation. For example, why is the title, "Unrest in Sandzak" permanently placed as a news link? Is it to portray the Muslims in Serbia as some kind of rabble rousers. The battles between Serbs and Ottoman forces were too many years ago. Get over it. The rest of the world has got over the World Wars why can't my Serb brothers get over it?

as for sonia biserko, she is one of the great intellectuals and democracy advocates from serbia, and also from around the world. and yes, i do know her pretty well, so don't anyone tell me to "get a clue" or "try visiting belgrade for once." as a matter of fact, we are, again.

i have asked, pleaded so many times that i cannot even remember, to include intellectuals and pro-democracy dissidents in this website, but this goes 99% ignored. once in a great while sonia or natasa are given a short, highly edited mention, and then both are roundly attacked for their pro-liberal, pro-american bias. just give me a break!

i wish i could engage in some normal kind of dialogue with one of the serb posters here, but it just seems impossible. if that's the way it is, so be it, but it is sad.

peace,

Is it me or do Sonja Biserko's statments not make much sense as reported in the article. I haven't seen any of the Islamic community leaders make statements similar to what she is making here.

Sonja Biserko pleases his bosses to maintain his US subsidies which make her live. For this year she got of only Charles Stewart Mott Foundation $60 000. The subsidy ends on 06/30/08. It's the same for Natasa Kandic who takes part in the same CIA budget for a long time already. I suppose that this is the case as well for Cedomir Jovanovic and the LDP.
