NATO training Albanians is not impartial? Are they intending to send them to Afghanistan? That seems to be the likely outcome and payment for being the first country to recognise "Kosova".

Whatever happens to the EU mission, the Serbians will have none of it. Even if Tadic attempts to sell Kosovo, the K-Serbs will continue to resist until the sell-outs are history.

Honestly, if it doesn't pass the security council that means it fails...not that it needs to happen anyway...Isn't that against UN regulations? Why have a security council then at all if it is to be ignored if it votes against what someone wants?

1244 is not "neutral" and that is the basis that KFOR and EULEX must adhere to;

A sipmle upholding of Serbai's sovereignty by Tadic's "friend of Serbia" Solano is all that is required just as Solano has seen fit to suggest for Georgia.

Tadc needs to Remind Solano in no uncertain terms that EULEX without Serbian consent in its provinnce i.e respecting Serbian soverignty is illegal. For solano to do other wise is nothing beyond further denegrating Serbia & continuing with such an aggressive attack against Serbia's sovereignty and pushing forth with their illegal US inspired occupation!

Surely Tadic comprehends that Solano is being far from honest when he undermines Serbia in such a flagrant manner while pretending to be doing that in Serbai's interets?

Should the UNSC not come to an agreement regarding the deployment of EULEX, it is within the authority of the UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-Moon, to break the stalemate and proceed with what he feels is the best course of action to take. Ban has done this when proposing his plans for the reconfiguration of UNMIK, and he will press forward with this when the UNSC fails to reach a mutual understanding (thanks to Russia's opposition).

Solana is not being a dictator, trying to tell ANYONE what to do. All he is saying is that he knows there will be a stalemate, which Ban Ki-Moon will break by officially giving EULEX the green light, and Solana will recognize the permission granted by the Secretary General and proceed to fully implement the deployment of EULEX.

I think this is a great thing, and will not only secure the stability of the country, but also build a better foundation for all of Kosova's people.
