Yes, of course, Serbs, Armenians, Jews and cyclists are always guilty. Apropos, speaking about Jews. Did anyone mention George Soros here?

Two problems in one paragraph: “The government of Serbia is challenging the authority of the International Tribunal and the Security Council,” Pocar said, concluding that by doing so “it is in breach of its international legal obligations”.

1 - Serbia is right to challenge this empty-word 'tribunal', compromised and biased.

2 - now you remember international Law? Look who's talking about international obligations!

I dont know how this got off topic-------SERBIAN WAR CRIMINALS!

An entire nation is held at gun point by civilized Europe so that two Bosnian war criminals(one a Montenegrin one a Bosnian) are brought to justice.

And yet in the heart of Europe-in Austria -during the European football champinships---a known nazi Croat war criminal enjoys the game and drinks wine and not a single reporter follows him to ask a few questions.

It has never been about war crimes----its about power

Greetings to Mr. Asner-enjoy yopur wine---the BBC, CNN, MSNBC, Wiesenthal center------none of them will ask to many questions

The law is supposed to protect the innocent as well as prosecute the guilty, but in Serbia's case it is strictly designed only to punish Serbia.

Where is this law which is supposed to protect the innocent? Why don't they apply the same enthusiasm in investigating the crimes done against the Serbs like organ harvesting and ethnic cleansing?

Why should Serbia comply with a law which is so obviously working against the Serbs?
If you want people to obey the law then the same law must guarantee them justice and protection too.

Sorry, you can't have it both ways.

Perhaps a reporter from B-92 should go to Austria and interview the croatian nazi war criminal M Asner who killed thousands of people and is these days enjoying the european championships while also enjoying fine wine and the protection of his Austrian citizenship.

This game will not last forever cccc

First of all, I congratulate B92 for printing an honest report. But where are all these serbian politicians that are refering to international law, but cannot be bothers to comply themself first. Serbia should be shameful of all the things they've done in the past and try to cooperate with Hague.

Sorry i had to say this...

a breath of fresh democratic air is rooming Serbia, this letter shows that Serbia has not done enough to change the fate of its future by at least capturing the fugitives that have been running around Serbia and are being protected
