My understanding is that federalisation is the "safest" way to split Fyrom into 2 or maybe 3 parts.
If that's what you want, go ahead and do it, but I dont thnk Gruevski is that stupid :)

Do you see any difference between point (1) and point (2)?
They state that both Macedonian and Albanian languages (the second implicitely, for Albanians are more than 20% of the population, see here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_the_Republic_of_Macedonia#Population ).

It follows then, that these languages enjoy absolutely equal status.
Trying to understand your twisted logic let me put 2 questions.
So according to you, the term "official" has one meaning in point (1) and another in point (2)?
According to your logic, the Tetovo inhabitants passports should not bear Macedonian inscriptions since Macedonians are less than 20% of the general population there, should they?
The truth is that the subsequent points are redundant to Macedonian or Albanian, but apply to other communities' languages (see again the link) who may or may not fulfil the
the mentioned 20% condition.
Anyway, you're betraying your true intentions, that your goal was not to give to the Albanian language an equal status. If this was the case, you have had indeed very bad juricic advisors in writing this constitution, Although, averagely speaking. Macedonians are more educated than Albanians in your country, I must admit that the Albanians who partecipated in the compilation of this constitution have proven themselves smarter.

As to economical prospects, the organization of Macedonia like Belgium is fundamental.
We are too much to be considered a simple minority. Albanians are a constituent nation in reality. Let us call a spade, spade. Our communities do not go along well. Actually they hate each other. It's not that we are genetically bad, we are just human beings. Walloons and Flemings which are less defferent than us (linguisticallt different, but religiously both Christians, the former Protestants, the latter Catholics, not sure about this last info) do not get well with each other either.
So only with a Belgium type constitution we can protect ourselves from respective abusex. The federalisation can be either fiscal, and this would be even in your own interest, getting rid of the less developed regions inhabeted by Albanians, and use your taxes money exclusively for your own problems.
If such a constitution existed back in the 1990s during the privatizations, it would have never happened that all the public enterprises finished in ethnic Macedonians' hands even in Tetovo, Struga, Gostivar ecc.

Only when Albanian politicians start concerning themselves with policies that benefit the country as a whole rather than resorting to nationalistic pipe dreams will they be taken seriously in the Republic of Macedonia.

Can you tell me what DUI or DPA policies are towards unemployment, investment, trade, education or anything that would actually provide a real benefit to both the Albanians and Macedonians?

“So our language is not officialized as prescribed by Ohrid Agreement, and even by their constitution (it has been amended according to OA). So these guys are the only one who blatantly violate their constitution. :))”

Your language is official and you are able to speak it in any locality where it is spoken by greater than 20% of the population.

Below is an exert straight from the constitution:

(1) The Macedonian language, written using its Cyrillic alphabet, is the official language throughout the Republic of Macedonia and in the international relations of the Republic of Macedonia.

(2) Any other language spoken by at least 20 percent of the population is also an official language, written using its alphabet, as specified below.

(3) Any official personal documents of citizens speaking an official language other than Macedonian shall also be issued in that language, in addition to the Macedonian language, in accordance with the law.

(4) Any person living in a unit of local self-government in which at least 20 percent of the population speaks an official language other than Macedonian may use that official language to communicate with the regional office of the central government with responsibility for that municipality; such an office shall reply in that language in addition to Macedonian. Any person may use any official language to communicate with a main office of the central government, which shall reply in that language in addition to Macedonian.

(5) In the organs of the Republic of Macedonia, any official language other than Macedonian may be used in accordance with the law.

(6) In the units of local self-government where at least 20 percent of the population speaks a particular language, that language and its alphabet shall be used as an official language in addition to the Macedonian language and the Cyrillic alphabet. With respect to languages spoken by less than 20 percent of the population of a unit of local self-government, the local authorities shall decide on their use in public bodies.

I urge you to speak up and set a grass roots campaign to develop politics and politicians that would actually benefit you and your family by helping put money in your pockets and food on your table rather than following the politics of a nationalistic power hungry madmen…

I imagine Gruevski is going to form the coalition with who is going to sell his skin cheaper.
It's indeed a shame for us that our political parties can't unify their stances and promote our interests in this country.
Sometimes it seems to me that they are just string-puppets in Macedonian or Fyromian (read whatever you want, I don't want to show lack of respect to anybody) hands to confuse and befool us. I'm particularly suspicieous to this Thaci who seems to be the main responsable of the trouble we had during last elections.

So our language is not officialized as prescribed by Ohrid Agreement, and even by their constitution (it has been amended according to OA). So these guys are the only one who blatantly violate their constitution. :))

The Ohrid Agreement is far from beeing respected. How can they respect the OA when they don't respect even their own constitution?!?!

The Badinter Principle (the aproval of the most important laws by double majority of both the nationalities) is only a far far dream.
