Slovenian PM "stole" Blair speech

As much as I would like to claim this as another instance of western masters pulling their puppet's strings, the reality is this is some old fashioned Balkan corruption mixed with western style politics; some speech writer thought he would be a clever and plagiarize a speech, having collected money for nothing he probably got drunk and told someone with a like entrepreneurial spirit who promptly sold the story to some journalists, who in turn pretend that this was discovered through investigative journalism as they sold it to the public.
