For your hypothetical questions I state :

1. I don't mind that every crime should be punished but I insist that Serbs should not behave like Germans after 1945. It was an internal civil war and if there was any crime it should be invetigated by the Serbs. Any Serbian criminal should be sentenced by the Serbs. Otherwise nobody's gonna fight for Serbia in the next war to come.

2. A criminal should be punished in any case if he had criminal commands or not. But it should be Serbs who have the right to judge because the rest of Europe in every conflict automatically backed the other side.

3. Haague Tribunal has proved to be ani Serbian so in neither of cases Zuplanin cannot expect justice there. I don't mind him to be punished if Serbs decide him to be a war criminal and if he is jailed in Serbia. Any other approach only demoralizes Serbian Army to defend the country in future wars. Only obtaining a morally strong army supported by the nation plus good relations with Russia Serbia can escape new wars with it's neighbours.

"My father was good friends with more than a few Zupljanin(s) in Maslovare"

Was your father a soldier during the war? What did he do - did he fight or sit out the war in Europe/elsewhere?

How many Serbs have returned to Tuzla, Zenica, Sarajevo, etc. who were expelled by the Muslim police/paramilitary and their neighbors?

Many Serbs witnessed their Croat and Muslim neighbors looting their homes. Even today when they visit their neighborhood those same neighbors give them threatening looks.

This wasn't a case of one side doing nothing while the Serb fought. The Serbs were reacting to Croat and Muslim maneuvers throughout Bosnia to expel, imprison, or kill ethnic Serbs.

The Serb population was reduced to nothing or a tiny percentage mostly in jails/camps in Croat and Muslim dominated areas by the end of 1992.

Hey Drug..i dont know what you are talking about honestly..

Let me ask you a hypothetical question..

If your commanding officer gave you an order to pass onto your liutenants and sargeants to "clear" a village of all it's inhabitants..what would you do?

Would you kill them all mercilessly or would you expel them? I think mostly serbian (or any humans) would choose to expel rather than murder.

I personally would turn down any such order..damn the consequences to me.

I could never hurt innocent human beings. So DONT TELL ME THEY WERE FOLLOWING ORDERS.

I cannot stand that excuse from ANY war criminal, not the Nazis, not the Ustase, the Cetniks..no BODY period.

Why is it ok for Serbs/Serbians?

Zupljanin should go to the hague regardless of what his nationality is.

If he has done nothing wrong, then he has nothing to fear.

My father was good friends with more than a few Zupljanin(s) in Maslovare, they seemed like normal people..but then again so did a lot of "normal" people at Aushwitz and other wonderful places.

I am giving you a piece of fair advice:

-Don't treat or judge anyone differently because their nationality, ethnicity or creed differently than you would others because of their last names or their religious faith(s).

What was so wrong with my post that it was censored off ? I wrote one simle thing that a nation bombed 9 years ago cannot be sure that it was the last war ! And if so who's gonna fight for Serbia if you betray to the invaders everybody they demand ? Župljanin and the rest just received commands and untill their Head Commander is not sentenced you cannot treat them like prisoners of war. You may delete this post too and you may form a Cabinet with Slobo's party but you should not further demoralize the Serbian Army. As soon as the Cabinet is a matter of fact I shall say good bye to B 92 to leave you for Ahmet , Ben , EA and other new allies . If Serbs trust in Barrosu , Solana and Shoffer more than in Putin be it so.

Congratulations !
