More proof, if any was needed, that Serbia's accession into the EU is not in Tadic or the DS's hands.

Voting for ZeS last month didn't quicken Serbia's entry at all. Although DS and others would have you believe different.

The only europeans asking for the italian permit of stay last month were Serbs and Albanians. Staying in line together at the police station. A really long line..

Rehn (Berlin, 12 July 2005) EUcrat for Enlargement;

"Even so, it is true that the EU’s enlargement agenda is stretched to its limits. Consequently, we’d better ensure its consolidation by being very cautious before taking any new commitments in enlargement, while at the same time sticking to our existing commitments. The EU is based on the principle pacta sunt servanda – which means that it is fundamentally a community of commitments, where sticking to one’s word is a basic value. " http://europa.eu/rapid/pressReleasesAction.do?reference=SPEECH/05/438&format=HTML&aged=1&language=EN&guiLanguage=en

- sure the EU idividual states can act as and how they wish on Serbia's sovereignty but that does not square with "Pacta sunt servanda" - the most basic of principles that the EU of 'equal' partners is based upon!

When Rehn held this speech Croatia was assured it was still on track for admission on 1st Jan 2009 - in six months time! - to date no date has been set for their entry (despite 'pacta sunt servada')and now with Lisbon treaty in tatters since there will be no new Irish referenda for at least a year (if at all though we all comprehend what Barroso means by respecting the Irish referenda) it becomes clear that EU admission is just a false promise to all in the western Balkans while the 27 'equal' partners can and are allowed to act individually as they choose to against all norms and laws regarding Serbian soverignty and territorial integrity!

No doubt the rush to form a D yes Government by 5th June (Dinkic http://www.sofiaecho.com/article/serbian-nationalists-socialists-sign-belgrade-coalition-local-government-deal/id_29582/catid_68 ) or by last Thursday 12th June (Markovic http://www.b92.net/eng/news/comments.php?nav_id=50894 ) has become apparent - before the Irish vote and prior to the false consitution of a false NATO state!!!

The 'advice' given by those who promise false hope has shown over the last week that such 'advice' is empty since there will be no admission until all EU states act united but clearly they need to be remined that they recently allowed themselves to act as 'individual' states - contradiction that plays against Markovic's UK 'advisor'!!!

So if an SPS coalition is formed with D yeS to all that EUrope demands (i.e. lose your province) the clear choice of EU with Kosovo (as clarified and stod to principle by SRS and DSS-NS) or D yeS to EUrope without Kosovo choice stays in side the time frame for the next elections and that is what SPS need to think long and hard about - its their choice but its obvious that there will be no EU admission in this parliment as Delic and Dinkic kept on saying DS/G17 would do!!!

Oh what a tangled web we weave...
