While a ministry of economy official claims that Jat Airways is worth EUR 150mn overall, the national carrier's former director believes this number to be inflated.

Duro, b92 censored the last paragraph of my last post, in which I explained my reasons for mocking and I really don't understand why (by the way b92 doesn't censor many comments which are much worse and denigrating towards the Albanians, but being it a Serbian media after all one can hardly expect total fairness). Mocking isn't bad at all; it often shows a sense of humour, the lack of which makes life very poor. It's a good cure against nationalist-oriented thinking, so present in many posters here (of both sides). If pepople in your country had mocked more at their politicians, instead of hailing them, it would have been much better for everyone

"I was just mocking, and I believe Luigi was doin the same."

Very bad taste and show of character... moving on a more serious note I think JAT might very well be sold to Aeroflot, in doing so it would be an excellent idea to rename JAT to Aeroput as it was originally known before JAT, in that sense it is quite close to its (to be)partner in name. And lastly the Airline will be sold at the appropriate price...thanks for your concern... Hey Luigi you are Italian if I remember, yes? Hows Alitalia doing? Heard things are pretty rough, even heard Aeroflot was interested in bailing it out before but dropped out because of the instability and constant union workers squawking. To bad I guess. ;)

I don't care how much you sell sth. to sb. or if you give it for free.

Genc and Linguini,

Whatever the price, why do you care what Serbs sell and to whom we sell it to?

That's the upside to being a soverign country/state, you set the price on your property, not Rome, DC, Paris, or London. Certainly allies/friends get a better deal. Sell your home to friends or family, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't use an agent, nor would you inflate the price. Or would you?

i think that just like the NIS case there is a price for the Market and..a price for the Russian ! I suspect that if Aeroflot is interested to the auction the price will be...deflated !!
