kingordon,

the answer is 'no'.

As you probably know, the ICTY's remit, as it is an 'ad hoc' tribunal, specifically excludes any states outside the former SFRY being excluded from investigations in to war crimes - so the Germans, US and everyone else is off the hook, hence it can never be considered 'fair' and why it is a kangaroo court use to impose the will of the powerful.

Croatia is also holding back information on the participation of US military/intelligence personnel in 'Operation Storm'. Not only was the whole operation planned by the US via proxies such as MPRI, they provided satellite and commmunications intercerpts and certainly would have had men on the ground (most likely croatian americans from the US armed forces) to deliver feedback and reports.

It is funny how the 'free' and 'democratic' almost universally ignore the US role
and thus its complicity in war crimes, i.e. being in a postion to stop war crimes and not doing so.

Where are all the screaming humantarian NGO's about US conduct in the regions???

'International Justice' at its finest....
