WW2 camp survivors to sue Croatia

The Association of WW2 Camp Inmates from the Republic of Srpska has submitted to the European Court of Human Rights further material for its suit against Croatia.

But the current Croatian state *is not* the sucessor state of the quisling-regime of NDH. It’s even written in the Croatian constitution. Croatia is, in fact, the sucessor state of the Yugoslav Socialist Republic of Craotia, constituted after World War II.
