Ruecker announces departure from Kosovo

Good-bye to Ruecker, a Conceited United Nations Technocrat.

Good bye to Luis Peres also , since he has no more powers to destroy K-Albaninas lives anymore since he was in BED all along with Serbs.Kosovo Constitution took all the power away from likes of Luis Peres and Galluci.

Good bye Mr. Ruecker, finally you are leaving. Please see yourself in the mirror and check what have you done in last 6 years in Kosovo. We have been here to defend your interests, your country interest and at the same time USA, although you were an UN employee. Mr. Ruecker shame on you. You have done a very bad service to the United Nations and it´s very sad when the Secretary General as no trust in his SRSG. You are going to leave through the small door, without achiving nothing. the peace in Kosovo is spoilled. Kosovo has no legs to walk and to face the political embarrassemnt that you and USA have created. Mr. Ruecker don´t you feel frustate to crave your name in the UN history for being Incompetent.

The next guy can't possibly be worse. As for the person who said that it is sad to see a good guy go, I ask why? What made him a good guy? The fact that he was openly pro Albanian and made decisions he was not entitled to make makes him a bad cop.

If you are put in a position of someone who is bound to uphold the law then you don't side with the law breakers. You do you job. UPHOLD THE LAW.

With regard to High Decani, Perez was following the specific orders of his superior Ruecker.

And Ruecker is anything but 'pro-serb'.

Perez destroying the lives of K-albanians in Decani???

So far as I am aware, all he did was attempt to preserve the monastery - once again at the specific order of Ruecker.

And apart from the monastery, there are no other serbs in the municipality. They have all been 'cleansed' by the peace-loving K-albanians.

Not much point being 'pro-serb', if there are no serbs to support is there.

Also, K-albanian constitution does not take away the powers of UNMIK.
UNMIK is still there & 1244 remains in place.

Whether or not EULEX's court jester is given a sceptre to play with in K-albanian dominated parts of Kosovo by Ban is yet to be decided & is immaterial in any case, as even if EULEX is given the green light by the UN SG, it will still be under UNMIK's ultimate authority.

The K-albanians in Decani will find that out for themselves if they persist with their current attitudes.

And K-albanian constitution is not supposed to be about providing 'carte blanche' authority to K-albanians. It is also supposed to 'guarantee' the rights of minorites.

Seems that K-albanian officials in Decani haven't read it yet.
