The progress is very slow and thanks to your guys the northern part of Mitrovica is turning to black spot in the Balkans. That northern part is turning to a haven for the drug dealers and people smuggling not just from Serbia but from Rumania and Bulgaria.
The great thing about the constitution is that finally the Albanians can take care of their own and not taking advise from some autocrat that gets pay thousand of euros in weeks for just being a Dutch, German, English or whatever..

Anyhow even Holland and many other countries have sucked up a lot of funds from EU when they joined and that majority of these funds initially came from Germany. I never heard a German complain why Spanish, French etc farmers get a lot of these subsidies, and I never heard these guys complaining why they are receiving these subsidies.
