"Russians buy what Montenegrins sell"

Commenting on observations that “Russians are buying a lot” in Montenegro, Russia’s Ambassador to Podgorica says “they’re only buying what Montenegrins sell.”

Not enough. What is "enough":

a) even sooner than possible
b) no madness like invitation, vaucher, confirmed ticket. For Russians, Montenegro is friendlier country than Ukraine so they expect to be treated not less friendly. Ukrainian citizens need only a passport confirming the Ukrainian citizenship. Be it the same for Montenegro, Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia, Croatia. Slovenia is in EU, but there could be some special regulation.
