I have 2 comments:
One is for B92 itself and the other for Kossovo albanians.
1. "The EU and U.S. welcome the progress of Serbia, Croatia, Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro in the process of EU and NATO integration, the declaration says."
Actually I will point B92 to the official Summit declaration where it says:
"We welcome progress made by Croatia, Serbia, Albania, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro in the processes of EU and NATO integration."
As you can all see there is no mention of any kind of an imaginary "republic of Makedonia" there, instead the proper term (FYROM) is used. So much for the support of the US and the EU on the fyromian name issue.
2. As for Kossovo. Reading it very carefully, nowhere in the full summit declaration, Kossovo is mentioned as an independant state. Instead, phrases like "a stable, democratic and multi-ethnic society" when a few lines after that, Palestine is mentioned as "Palestinian state" clearly indicates that none of the participating sides considers Kossovo as an indipendant state. So for the albanians here, dont rejoy that much, unless you have read the statement carefully. When there is a clear mention of a state (the Palestinian) compared to a clear mention of a "multiethnic society", then you people should be concerned, not happy.
For the truth of my words:
