I have heard elsewhere that NIS are rumoured to have major oil reserves but I have never heard of the Pranjevci and Doljcinjevci oil fields.

Are these the correct spellings? Where are they?

Makes no sense!
In a typical Serbian business wisdom, we should not sign anything with Russians, let them chose some other business partners – and than buy our gas and oil from the middle man (Hungarians or Croatians) at an inflated price!
Or we should drill for our own oil . After all our NIS is worth at least 3 billion trillion dollars with all its' oil reserves around Pranjevci and Doljcinjevci oil fields.
