MUP's job is to cause destabilization and chaos in Kosova so that Serbia can keep playing good cop. MUP doesn't necessarily have to do the action themselves but they may hire people (traitors) to kill people and cause serious TERRORIST activities.
Well unless Serbian MUPs have recently started hiring 19 year old Albanians with past criminal records, I'd say a few people who commented on this yesterday need to take back their accusations.

Perhaps the father is a Thaci supporter and/or realizes there'd be more focused work on solving this crime because of whose house was attacked, and that he (the father) would be in deep trouble if his son was caught and he hadn't done anything about it.
This is surprisingly (or unsurprisingly depending upon point of view) quick work from KPS who still have thousands of crimes against non-Albanians that remain unsolved!
