You cannot attach addendums or interpretations to a document already signed. All they are doing is trying to nullify the agreement without saying they are nullifying the agreement and hoping that others too stupid to realize that.
Trust me I am no more in favor of the SAA moving along anymore than you. The big difference is I think it should be EU that removes it from the table.

It is just like Nikolic to reveal some of what is going on. I like that side of him, when he is not feeling too self interested.

It looks like he basically thinks that there is no chance of Markovic supporting his coalition, which means either a DS led government or repeat elections.

Princip, you sound a little like a scratched record. Perhaps in some years time when Serbia is finally a member of the EU you can still bring up that foreign minister of that tiny European country!

"SRS MPs would be voting in favor of ratification of the SAA if it was accompanied by the declaration, Nikolić replied in the affirmative.

“That option is acceptable for Serbia. Serbia says there: yes, I want to go into Europe, and it’s good that this agreement, as we interpret it...."

Can you believe in the sencerity of this man)))

All he really wants is power and move Serbia towards Russia. Will this fact win? Let's wait and see)))

SAA can be ratified only with full clarification from Serbia's parliment that its interptation is totally at odds to that of Belguim's FM who stated;

“My understanding is that we’ve only signed the agreement with Serbia itself, without Kosovo,”

So the SRS will formulate a clause allowing SAA to be passed and clarifying Serbia's ratification which does not see SAA as neutral on status but implicitly re-affirms Serbia's soverign integrity - something DSS will be very agreeable to I am sure!

That leaves Markovic as head of JS with little doubt in the week ahead and little reason to object. The question then becomes does he help form a strong Governing coalition which sess a pro-Serb European leaning' Serbia or not ???
