Evidently the TNK-BP problem will be solved in the favour of Rusneft or Gasprom. It is the mainstream of Russian stance to controll strategic energy branches where Russia needs no help or investments. Advantages of soft nationalization od TNK-BP may quite exceed the losses from Western propaganda noice. TNK-BP actives in Russia were formed by colonisation of Russia during Eltsyn. And it costed TNK only 3% of then prices. So the Russians will approve any form of regaining state control over their national resources.
