MUP seizes 250kg of cannabis at Montenegro border

In Romania, our schools are supplied with Cannabis from Turkey or who knows from where, our markets are full of smuggled cigarettes from Serbia or Ukraine. The Mafia knows no ethnic problems. Even is WWIII would break out, smuggling would still flourish.

That was the large pot decorated with a "UDI is real independence!" sign. Some people smoke it.

Um, I live about 5 minutes from Skadarlija. Care to send any this way? It would go great with some Stari Gradski music :)
