fact is: investment in Serbia is a much higher risk under a government which includes a party like DSS, which is not stable in political crises. each crackdown costs time and money of investors - that's the reason why they avoid to risk such circumstances and move to other states - instead of considering Serbia as an alternative.

Bubalo must compare the economical growth of Serbia with the growth other (so-called) "reform states" in the region. it is obvious, where the money of investors went last years - and how little the share of Serbia was. so the loss of 4 months is not the question, the question is, how investors will react next four years, when there should be still DSS in a leading role.
