Mesic is right. Dodik behaves in a completely anti-Bosnian way, making himself closer to separatist rogue lands like Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

Republika Srspska is not a country, but a subnational entity of a contry. And this country is called Bosnia and Herzegovina, not Serbia.

Under an international view, Bosnian Serbs are Bosnians who are affiliated with the Serbian Orthodox Church, not Serbians.

Bosnia’s Srspka and Belgrade’s Serbia will never be the same thing.

"Croatian President Stjepan Mesić expects Belgrade to make it clear to the Bosnian Serbs that their capital is Sarajevo, reports say."

A bit like telling the people of Colorado that Washington is their capital! When you live in a federation you have two capitals - the one of your country as a whole and the one of your state.

"...the Republic of Srpska is a constant, [although it] didn't exist until this war and was made on ethnic cleansing, while Bosnia-Herzegovina, which has always existed, can still be, but not necessarily,"

So B-H existed when the big bang occurred??

Mesic would have been the first to complain had someone told him in 1991 that Croatia's captial was Belgrade.

"The Croatian president said that he minds the fact Dodik always speaks on behalf of the Republic of Srpska."

It might have something to do with the fact that Dodik is the PM of the Republic of Srpska!
