"It is generaly described as "a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised through system of representation"

Define "people" please? All people in the world? People in Europe? People in the country? People in the region? In the city? In the neighbourhood?

Where do the draw the line between people that has a right of representation, and those who does not?

Think carefully before you answer - the answer can have many unforeseen consequences.

Europe is going about this all wrong. The only reason Europe wants to bring Serbia into the fold is to reduce the Russian influence on their turf. If they lose interest they will see that it will no longer be a bit point for Russia either. After all what does Serbia really have to offer Europe or the international community other than history and arrogance.
I think they should isolate it and then in 15-20 years begin a slow integration with the next generation.
Develop the rest of the Balkan region and let Serbia come along at its on pace, there is nothing anyone can do to make Serbia a stable country at the moment.

Obviously DS will not hang on with regards to the kosovo issue and eventually will bow down to the EU's / USA wishes. An SRS-DSS-SPS lead goverment will ensure that the fight for kosovo will continue and one day a victory for the serbian people and international law

A radical SRS lead goverment is best at the moment for Serbia until the kosovo issue is finally resolve. Serbia need a goverment who will not be cowed and will not bow to western pressure.

The eurocrats would be well advised to check the meaning od the word "democracy" in the dictionary. It is generaly described as "a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised through system of representation". There is not a single word about bowing down to foreign pressure groups' DIKTAT, cynically dubbed as advise, expression of hopes, etc.
