The Republic of Croatia is not the legal successor to NDH so reparations are nonsense. Besides, Yugoslavia received reparations for crimes perpetrated by nazis and their allies.
If we are going to go back to WW2 should Croatia then sue Serbia for the crimes of Chetniks?
I think it's time to move on personally; I'm not sure of the value of this suit except to reinforce in memory crimes committed against Croatia in the early 90s.

If one weighs in the balance the crimes perpetrated against jugoslavija and Serbs during the murderous reign of NDH, with the crimes that were committed against Croats during the 90's, the Croats should come to their senses realizing that they were not made to pay any reparations to Beograd after that reign of terror ended in 1945.
Croat crimes against Serbs and other minorities far exceed those perpetrated against Croats.
