Jovan, cheap shots won't bring Kosova under Belgrade's rule.

Why must you Serbs try to fear-mongor others of this "greater Albania" lie? I think you (Serbs) need to learn a little history and facts ---- both which you twist to suit your needs.

Firstly, the battle of 1389 wasn't just between the Ottomans and the Serbs but between the Ottomans and Balkans (Albanians, Bosnians, Serbs, Bulgarians, Macedonians, etc). Secondly, there is no "greater Albania" because we (I'm partly Shqiptar) don't other peoples land but "ethnic Albania" because those lands belonged to us for centuries. Kosova isn't the newest country in the world but one of the oldest.

Joe; Apart from oppressing and murdering Irish civilians and colluding with Death Squads, the British military achieved nothing in the North of Ireland. Their support for the KLA death squads in Kosovo surprised no Irish Republican. British militarism failed in Ireland, it will fail in Kosovo too. You are seriously deluded if you think the Brits will win anything for you. As an Irishman I salute the wonderful people of Serbia, especially those in the province of Kosovo.

Dear Mr. David J. Jones, yes, I am Italian and I work too (maybe more than you since the big time you are enjoying to post comments).

LOL, you guys are so funny. I admit that as things stand at the moment with the 'English' foreign policy I wish I had some serb genes in me. I do however have rather alot of Scottish mixed with a wee bit of welsh and probably a minute amount of English genes.

As for the following....
I would like to know what Mr. David J. Jones is doing in those countries...
(massimo, 26 May 2008 09:41)

I WORK Massimo, you should try it sometime, you get this stuff called money which means you have a really comfortable life.

What I do for a living is of no concern to you, as I do not wish to know how you make your money.

I am grateful for all the albanian (and Italian....Massimo????) concern for my well being it really is touching. I wish you all a fine day.

Dear all,

We welcome the UK liberation army, and we wish them sound stay.

They have trained for this for several months and are prepared for everything. More to come this week and following weeks...

Now they mean business, prepared and determined with direct aim at solving North Mitrovica anarchy...

To Mr. "David J. Jones",

Although I am 10000% sure that you are a pure Serb disguising yourself under foreign name, I agree with you that UK troops will also support minorities...

We know that the Serb minority deserve protection too, in case they are in danger...but this year will be the last one that NATO troops will take care of minorities...

This year slowly but surely the Kosovo army will take over maintaining peace and order, throughout Kosovo, and moreover protecting minorites as they deem necessary...

KV, give us some examples of this "death to America" quotes that you say come from the Serbian camp.
If you can't present us with any evidence then please stop with baseless chatter.

Neil, I do believe that the Albanian camp must be referring to Northern Ireland as that's where the British were "keeping peace".

We've seen their peace keeping examples all over the world. When their colonies started to crumble they hooked up with their big brother the US to "keep peace" together.

Jovan

don´t worry BS ( you should rather adhere to your "bosnian" descent, shouldn´t you? )

but there won´t be any "death to america" postings here from the serbian side...

if I remember it well, it was the Albanians who were threatening with war, violence and "hell will break loose"... do you remember it too? or have you already forgotten, what doesn´t fit into your ideological scheme? :)

those british troops are way to little to pose any threat to the Serbs... you should know that...

they are rather symbolic, to make kids like the one above happy - as long as they see some "special forces" come out of airplanes they do not have stupid ideas of joining some terrorist-groups...you know?

that´s it.

but you are free to go on dreaming of greater Albania...

Agim,

Thankyou so much for taking such an avid interest in my post. It's pleasing to see that it's not wasted.

Let me address your confusion though!

Firstly you asked, "whats with your name that you tend to put always pristina, scotland, palestine".
(agim, 25 May 2008 13:01)

Agim, my name is David as is very clearly written. The part after, is the locations I currently work and reside in, not at the same time though!! Is this the part that confuses you?

Many people here put their locations after their name, unfortunately for me I travel a great deal so a permanent place isn't prudent hence the three main locations.

Also I presume by writing Palestine you think this is the only country in the Middle East which is what I wrote.

........are you trying to convince us that you know what you talking about by mentioning those 3 place, does that mean that you worked in all 3 of them and that somehow make you clever?
(agim, 25 May 2008 13:01)

Travelling does offer a better outlook on life and exposes you to different cultures. Does this make me clever? NO is the answer, however, being exposed at the front end in different cultures does enlighten me to have an opinion, which if I may say, on a news blog such as is this, is the reason we all post.

So I hope this has clarified your points but if you require anything else please don't hesitate to post again.

This is why they are leaving Basra in taters and chaos heading for another 'god chosen' mission.
