But to be honest, I was basically making a funny and yes this stuff happens everywhere. And while I didn't comment on the article in Nis because there wasn't much to comment on, I did make a comment a few weeks ago about someone poorly planning an SRS rally to be held at the same time and the same place as an LDP rally in Nis. That had to have been hysterical to watch.
