Đukanović: Montenegro brightest star in Balkans

Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Đukanović says that Montenegro is the brightest spot in terms of EU integration in the region.

Let's be serious. Montenegro is population-wise (600,ooo), the size of a minute european city.
On top of that, it is a corruption ridden to the marrow of the bone, without mentioning its totally anti-democratic ruling mafia; what incidentally, doesn't seem to bother ,in the least, our defenders of the 'european values'.

Lol. Montenegro the most undemocratic government in Montenegro, led by people who until years ago were Milosevic's biggest supports -- who also only stop supporting him over an argument with Milosevic's son over splitting cigarette smuggling money. The regime in the Balkans who is most against free speech. A regime that is basically a 1-party state.

Or better yet, the regime whose president in 1998 said that "The secret services attend the meetings of the opposition, and this will continue from now on."

I think Serbia has a better shot than Montenegro..even Kosova since right off the bat it has implemented all the changes needed for EU integration.
