evidence, proofs,facts... that's what an investigation is based on... COME ON!!!!!! is so simple to understand. This is pathetic folks, listening at each other puking virulence, blaming and hating...just hostile assumptions based on propaganda and Carla del Ponte fetishism novels.
You can not blame a state, citizen, a nation for these horrible atrocities just because of our historical ethnic antagonism and deep disputes we all know and suffer. This is pure propaganda that is getting used unfairly to alienate and make deeper the ethnic hostility between 2 nations. Is been 6 months we are talking about this case without a single... I stress it ... a single evidence that such atrocities happened in albbanian soil, from albanian people. of course I agree for investigation but if we investigate something we need to proof that someone is guilty not the vice versa. (the principle of innocence assumption in a fair trial). Do you want to hate albanians more because some bureacrats say so.... do it ... and lets live it.
I am sick of that. you should be sick as well because we live in a sick place, with sick leaders and sick media.

Good! 1 investigation is better than 1000 rumours.

Robert 'There were no missing serbs to begin with'

Rubbish, Serbs groups number up to 500 missing Kosovo Serbs. International (non Serb) estimates say that in the period we are talking about 300 Serbs went missing.

Don't insult their memory by saying they don't exist.

As for it being fishy. It didn't happen just before Kosovo independence was meant to be proclaimed, or straight after so not so fishy really. Also not so fishy since it was Del Ponte, hardly known for pro Serbian sympathies that got the ball rolling.

As for the investigation, it was inadequate, there is no harm in investigating now to clear this up once and for all.

Those fearful of a proper investigation have their own reasons to be afraid.

i really hate to be seen agreeing with the nationalists, but i do think we need tohave this investigated, and by different groups. there is no way just to laugh it off, even if it seems so bizarre and typical anti-albanian propaganda. that's the thing about such accusations -- once they're in the public awareness, people treat them as true until proven false, and how do we ever do that?

del ponte is not a lady of high integrity, i am sorry to say.

and yes, of course, the nationalists are just using this as a political chip -- they have no concern for life or death, per se, unless it is one of "theirs". there are more secondary and tertiary mass graves in bosnia, and 95%, at least, are filled with the body PARTS of bosniacs. but for the balkans and for b92, they're just as natural as rock formations. really, consciences went dead over there a long time ago, didn't they??

not to mention the police grounds and industrial incinerators of serbia. so macabre, is real life.

It appears that the Albanian protected status is being eroded. You are being abandoned! Your mafioso regime will be fully exposed.

Of course they did it. The Human Rights already stated that 'evidences are grave enough'.
So 'Robert' and other 'Roberts', it is not even that the Serbs started this 'redicilous' investigation.
(The Serbs were unfortunately & as usual late and ill-informed about this as they are slow with figuring out anything -it seems)
Mrs. Ponte wrote about it, and thinking that she is a Serbian agent is a little too far fetched, don't you fellas think?!
I don't doubt albanian capacity for this sort of crime.
The question is what to do with their 'democratic' politicians (and UMNIK dudes)once when they get charged with one of the worst crimes commited against humanity ?

What are you afraid of? Organ trafficing is a big business where great sums of money is involved. Where that kind of money is involved, criminals take an interest. Whoever did this should be exposed.

What is more believable for the world (which according to you were told only lies by Albanians), the fiction story/rumors about organ trafficking with no facts or the mass graves found recently near city of Zvornik???
Waiting for you answer.

Sorry fellas. I do not buy this for a second. You speak of hospitals in Berlin receiving serb organs from remote Albaninan villages, and it sounds lika an episode of LOST - in the sense that it is fiction...

There were no missing serbs to begin with, let alone missing organs. The whole damn thing smells fishy, with the timing of Kosovo breaking away from Serbia and all...Investigations have turned out nothing.

Robert S., the actual transplants took place in hospitals of other countries - Germany, Italy, Israel, perhaps.

They are only claiming the organs were taken out in Albania. It's not difficult to cut an organ/s out if you are not worried about the survival of the "donor". One only needs sterile tools and basic know-how. Albania does have surgeons and doctors.

Coolers are easy to buy, simple to carry and use to transport the organs to the airport.

Many organs are viable for 12 or 24 hours or more - it depends on the organ.

Albania could offer hospitals in Berlin organs - claiming it from a car crash victims and the hospitals would only be too happy to receive them.

Hospitals desire organs greatly and are always on the lookout for organs. It is a high paying business with each organ transplant garnering 10s of thousands of dollars at least for surgeons and staff.

Robert S., it's not as sophicticated a procedure to romove vital organs as you think. It would take a skilled surgeon, coolers, dry ice, and a pickup truck driven to a waiting small aircraft, to complete this abominable task.
It is done on the U.S. Mexican border quite often, without even a "yellow house."

Ratko

Hey robert:

Are you afraid that the world will find out the truth? About the inhumane crimes those "innocent" albanians had committed? This is just the tip of the ice berg my friend, as they have committed all kinds of inhumane crimes against serbs, non-albans and even albans themselves. Believe me as I and many other people know the truth - it's not a good thing to be living in denial! It's a shame people all over the world were told lies about Serbia/Serbs, as we are a proud and just nation which was only defending it's territory and people from foreign occupiers.

Robert S.

pre 15 godina

These folks in Serbia better stop before they become too ridiculous to bear. Organ transplants require high precision medical equipment, coolers and infrastructure - time is also a factor as transplanted organs are only good for a few hours to a few days, they can't be caned like olives. This kind of practice just CAN NOT me done in remote Albanian villages. I just can't believe how ignorant people are to be still talking about such fantasies.
