With all due respect to my Russian friends it is high time that Russia put its money where its mouth is.If you do not want the US to have a disproportionate amount of influence at the UN then why are you content to have the US pay a disproportionate share of the UN budget?I guarantee you that if Russia and China pay as much or even more than the US their influence/stature will rise tremendously.The US is a debtor nation while China and Russia are very rich in reserves with no debts to their names.Money talks ........walks.Start spending some of it and then see how people will listen to you more than to the US paymasters.
