UNMIK police officer Robert Apel yesterday denied trying to arrest Priština municipality coordinator Slaviša Nikolić for organizing elections in Kosovo on May 11.
Thios all has an air of backtracking and it is clear that Apel had no jurisdiction to do anything and was clearly threatening and acting beyond his authority especially given comments yesterday;
