Niall O'Doherty, since Kosova has the strong support and recognition of over 40 UN member states, there is nothing "illegal" about Kosova's declaration of independence. And having the only remaining super power support your independence doesn't hurt, either. Not to mention the EU and NATO wisely on our side. Serbia doesn't even have full 100% UN member states' recognition.Belgrade inherited her UN seat with out having to go through the process of asking for recogition, after the collapse of Yugoslavia. If you ask many Arab states they probably don't accept Israel, but her being isn't viewed as "illegal" by anyone other than the Arabs.Israel exist and so does Kosova. They are surrounded by unfriendly Arabs and we are surrounded by abusive Slavs. As for illegality is concerned, the Serbs aggression since the 1990 is very well documented and on display at the Hague for all to see.Even you Mr.

Preshev, Medveg and Bujanoc's Albanians must demand the same status the Kosovar Serbs of North Mitrovic are getting. If Albanians can participate in Serbian Parliment (Preshev valley) then WHY can't the North Mitrovic Serbs participate in Kosova's Parliment? What the Serbs need to do is to face reality and don't ask for something you will refuse to give to others.Double standards shouldn't apply to anyone. We all know the Serbs are sure as hell not Europe's CHOSEN people, lets accept for others what we ourselves demand for ourselves!

As I mentioned yesterday, I would like to see all minority parties invited into the SRS/DSS/SPS government.

It will be their choice to accept being part of the government or sidelined into the opposition.

Each seat is free to vote for the SAA as they see fit, although I have my doubts it will pass. The reason being that I expect quite a few seats in the DS coalition to vote against it.

But lets wait and see.
