Ex-Kosovo Culture Minister Astrit Haraqija and his adviser, charged by the Hague with contempt of court and witness intimidation, have been released on bail.

Bail is not granted only if the defendant is considered a flight risk (likelihood of not appearing in court) or in cases of capital crimes.
Contempt of court is not a capital crime and both defendants showed up in Hague without being coerced.
Whatever their crimes, at least all Albanians indicted have had more guts to show up and face the court, than quite a few of your indicted Serb "heroes."

Just in case you don't know the name of witness in question, here it is: Nazif Rambaja a good friend of both former Minister haraqija and the editor of newpaper Bota Sot. Firts of all , all three were sworn enemies of Rambo and all of sudden Haraqija and morina came to its defense(supposely). Ramabaja still went ahead with testimony , but these two clones want to look in rambo's eyes as good guys.
I would like to see them fry all three of them; HaraqiJA,Morina and Ramabaja.
