Leonidas, (nice Belgium chocolate by the way) Serbia has problems with all neighbouring countries? So with Greece it is ok? Anyway, I am from Amsterdam and do regular business within Greece, and sorry, but yes it is far, far behind the rest of Europe. How much bribes you think I have to pay to get my goods in or out of Greece. But that's not all do you know how your own countrymen treat immigrants coming over sea or land? Did you see where they have to wait to get an answer on their status? (I saw it, a disgrace) But now to topic, Macedonia. Why is the EU warning the government when etnic Albanian parties are clashing? It really looks like years ago when Serbia was warned not to use violence against the KLA to defend Kosovo. It's a shame that the EU doesn't dare to address the ones who are really destroying democracy

"As long as the Greeks deal with brainwashed people of your calibre we'll behave in the same way like yourselves."

This coming from people who truly believe that there is a direct link between the ancient Greeks and the modern ones and even more that there is a continuous link and all the people withing Greece are all pure Greeks. I guess we should thank the great Bavarian King Otto for that wonderful gift.

"I will have to congratulate you though because you and your countrymen managed to make enemies with all the countries you border with."

And which one of your neighbors does Greece have good relations with? Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Turkey. All good right?

"If the country that is making the biggest investments in your country lives in the stone age, that makes you.... what exactly? Homo neadertalis?"

I'm guessing you are insinuating that Greece is helpful in a way that it chooses to invest and thus "help" our economy? Firms invest where they see opportunity for profit. Private firms. I would love to see the Greek government try and pull back those private firms investing in Macedonia. They'll get the beat down of their lives. Firms invest because they want to, they want to make profit, not because of charity.

To say that investing is direct help to the country is like saying that the you are descendants of the ancient Macedonians because they were supposedly Greek and because you have a direct connection with the ancient Greeks. Simply misleading and incorrect.

Also, don't try to point the finger trying to find "brainwashed" Macedonians. I wasn't schooled in Macedonia. No one was there to brainwash me.

"In Greece, there is a Government and people who live in the stone age, and continue to count time, backwards."

Makes me wonder....

"At a meeting with Macedonian President Branko Crvenkovski, EU ambassadors warned that such violent incidents were not becoming of EU candidate states."

Oh really? But it's OK for EU members to do so? Like for example:

Belgium had no Government for 120 days. At several demonstrations in Brussels, Belgian riot police savagely beat the opposition party leader. This hardly made the news and was viewed as normal, because it happened in the EU.

Half of Paris is demolished on annual basis because of shameful treatment of immigrants, the poor and unemployed who are living in isolated ghettos.

In Berlin, a German of Turkish descent can not rent an apartment because they 'look' Turkish.

In Greece, there is a Government and people who live in the stone age, and continue to count time, backwards.

The list goes on and on.

What was that saying? Those who can't do, teach? Well, at least try to teach with examples. Otherwise, what you say has no merit!

I don't condone violence, but this is the main reason why Serbia should not join the EU. Other European countries will run your country and tell you what to do. This is a way for Germany, Italy, France, and Spain to gain more power in Europe. Leave Serbia OUT. We don't want to be a puppet state like FYROM.
