The problem has you know is that the jury sent him for 15 years in jail but soon after he was released and given to the Serbian authority in order to fulfill the sentence ih his mother country ..

Yes Luigi, In the Netherlands we will also not forget this brave act! After 50% of his sentence it is more then enough. And Luigi, it is 2008. Do something in this century instead of looking back all the time!

Problem is, Croatia wasn’t recognize be either the EU or the UN at the time of shooting. So Croatian airspace was under the jurisdiction of the JNA at that time. The Italian helicopter was illegally in YU airspace at the time without permission.
Sisic was following orders. I don’t personally see how this is a criminal act? Of course I could be missing some details, maybe you could enlighten me?
I’m sorry for the loss of your country, Italy has been pretty good to the Serbs in the past.
I am curious to hear your opinion on the NATO bombing Serbian civilian areas with Cluster bombs? Legal or illegal?

Problem is, Croatia wasn’t recognize be either the EU or the UN at the time of shooting. So Croatian airspace was under the jurisdiction of the JNA at that time. The Italian helicopter was illegally in YU airspace at the time without permission.
