Well, Kosovos Unilateral Declaration of Independence and and the EULEX, which directly violates 1244, are also unacceptable. Serbia can do almost anything now and still not catch up to the level of unacceptability Ruecker represents.

When will the propaganda stop? When will you people actually READ UN Security Resolution 1244 instead of making false claims about it? EULEX and Kosova's independence both fit within the legal framework provided by Resolution 1244, which clearly prohibits Serbia from organizing local elections in Kosova, which is now a separate country.

It seams noone is respecting 1244 and everyone calling on 1244, however you have to know, with or without 1244 one other resolution is writen and will come in power less then 3 weeks, and that is resolution 6152008.
